I started my career 12 years ago as a Real Estate Agent and became a Broker of my own office within 4 years. I have groomed and trained many successful real estate agents, as well as, worked with no less than 120 buyers per year. This statement is not meant to toot my horn, but to enlighten you to the fact that anyone can be in this business for 10 years; however, it is the amount of business that is important. The more transactions you close the more experience and knowledge you gain, since no transaction is the same.
Due to my experience in real estate, it was a natural step to become a loan officer which enables me to better assist my clients, as well as, my real estate agents. I now have a vast knowledge each step of the transaction, starting from the initial mortgage prequalification, to finding you a knowledgeable real estate agent to finalizing and closing the mortgage.
I have been extremely successful with helping clients obtain their first loan, maintaining that relationship and receiving referral business from these clients. I also counsel my clients in regards to when and if it is necessary for them to refinance or move up in house. I am proficient in finding them a reputable agent that will sell their current home, as well as, help them with the purchase of their next home. Since, our industry and economy is ever changing, it is important that you have a knowledgeable mortgage professional that is on the cutting edge of the market. I am continually educating myself with current industry changes and program changes. I believe it is important to bring this information to my clients and counsel them on the pro’s and cons of each program and what might be the best fit for them.
I look really forward to helping You, Your family and Friends.
