About me: I started my career 12 years ago as a real estate agent, mostly representing buyers. As an agent I specialized in financing right away because better financing gave my clients more options. After becoming a broker of my own office I decided to move over to the mortgage side of the business. My personal life is well balanced with my career. I am a mother to a very active 7yr old boy. My family, friends and extended family are very important to me and I believe that this is the largest reasons that I am good at what I do. Every time I help other families achieve their goal or dreams of home ownership I feel like I’m helping my own. I get to help make dreams possible and make a living doing it.
My clients: I counsel/educate and sometimes mentor clients when they have decided to start thinking about buying their first, second or investment property. Information is a very important resource. You may not be able to qualify for a specific loan program the first time we speak but the counsel that I do give you helps you get started. I also counsel my clients in regards to when and if it is necessary for them to refinance or move from their current home to one more suitable for their family size and income needs.
My Company, CNN Mortgage: The mortgage industry has been very volatile as everyone knows. Many companies have closed. My company has thrived despite the economic volatility because of the way they treat their employees. Their leadership and kind ways has given us a great sense of team.
My Team: It’s important to be surrounded by the best talent possible. In the mortgage field, that is a lot of people. There are too many introductions to make but rest assured that I have the best processor, underwriter, pricing/ investor manager and closing department, that this industry has to offer. They are great at what they do and they are quality people. Talent combined with great values is why my team excels.
