CNN Mortgage was founded by Chris Lagerblade (President), Ned Kneadler (Secretary/Treasurer) & Dave Bourland (Vice President), who have over 85 combined years of mortgage lending experience.  After witnessing the effects of a major consolidation of mortgage companies in recent years, the principals wanted to start a company that would be more responsive to local borrowers.  With the local decision making and funding, CNN Mortgage was established on the premise of delivering exceptional service.
